By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer via secure payment gateways.

4. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. All content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making purchasing decisions.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update any information.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service or any product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation.

6. Products or Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and are produced on a made-to-order (print-on-demand) basis.

All designs sold on this website are created by Chasing Aesthetics. Customers do not upload or create their own designs.

Because products are made to order:

  • Please review product descriptions, size guides, and color options carefully before purchasing.

  • We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

Size, color, and preference-based issues

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production, we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-defective items based on:

  • incorrect size selection

  • incorrect color selection

  • change of mind or personal preference

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our store. We may attempt to contact you using the email or billing information provided if an order is modified or canceled.

8. Order Processing, Fulfillment & Shipping (Print-on-Demand)

All products are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful.

Depending on the product type, availability, and delivery address, orders may be produced and shipped from Printful-owned or partner fulfillment facilities located in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.

Orders are routed automatically to the closest available fulfillment facility whenever possible in order to reduce delivery times and potential customs fees. However, fulfillment location cannot be guaranteed.

Order confirmation & processing (before production)

After an order is placed, it is first confirmed and processed before being sent into production.

  • We accept orders 24/7, including weekends.

  • Order confirmation/processing typically takes 2–5 business days (this may include payment processing and internal order verification).

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Production & shipping (handled by Printful)

Once an order is confirmed and sent into production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Printful manages production, packaging, and shipping
• Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
• Orders may ship in multiple packages
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees determined by local authorities, which are the customer’s responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our policy on returns depends on your shipping destination.

  • For USA, AUS, NZ, and non-EU/UK customers: Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

  • For EU/UK customers: We accept 14-day returns in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

To file a claim, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

10. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping rates or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

12. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

Any unlawful purpose

Violating international, national or local regulations

Infringing intellectual property rights

Harassment, abuse, discrimination or harmful conduct

Submitting false or misleading information

Uploading viruses or malicious code

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to our services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chasing Aesthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
