1. Overview

This Refund & Return Policy explains how Chasing Aesthetics handles returns, replacements, and refunds.

All products sold on this website are produced on a made-to-order (print-on-demand) basis and fulfilled by our fulfillment partner Printful. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our return policy depends on your location, as consumer protection laws vary by region. Please carefully review the policy that applies to your shipping destination.

A) Customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Rest of World

All items are made specifically for each order after a purchase is placed (print-on-demand). For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items for customers outside the EU/UK. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong color

  • Personal preference or change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us before ordering.

B) Customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK)

If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@chasingaesthetics.store before the 14-day period expires. You may also use the electronic withdrawal form available at the bottom of our website, or initiate a request through your customer account at https://account.chasingaesthetics.store.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of that notification. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of receiving proof of postage — whichever comes first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important conditions for EU/UK returns:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our facility when exercising their 14-day right of withdrawal for non-defective items.
  • Original Shipping Costs: If you return your entire order, we will refund the items' cost as well as the original standard shipping costs. If you choose to return only a part of your order, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Address: IMPORTANT! DO NOT return items to the address printed on your package (the fulfillment center). The package will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued. All approved returns from the EU/UK must be sent to our authorized address: Tomáš Munzar, Fibichova 408, 533 45 Čeperka, Czech Republic.

3. Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: For consumers in the European Union, this 30-day timeframe is highly recommended for faster processing with our fulfillment partner, but it does not affect your statutory warranty rights (typically 24 months for product defects) under applicable EU and local consumer protection laws.

Please include: • Your order number • A brief description of the issue • Clear photos showing the defect and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund in accordance with this Policy.

Minor variations in print placement, color tones, fabric texture, or sizing (within industry tolerances) are not considered defects.

4. Refunds vs. Replacements

Our primary resolution for approved claims is replacement.

Refunds are issued only when:

• A replacement is not possible
• The issue cannot reasonably be resolved with a replacement

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that an order has been successfully delivered, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

In such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• We can reship the order once a corrected address is provided
• The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund or replacement will be issued.

8. Order Cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellations or changes are only possible before an order is confirmed and sent into production. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

9. Unapproved Returns

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may not be returned to the customer.
